4 DEKES DRILL
- on the whistle, two players accelerate off the boards
- deke the TIRES AT CIRCLE (we use nets at the circles in the middle) and attack the blue line with speed
- execute two moves at the sticks and attack for a shot on goal
- all the moves are inside out.
- ACCELERATE AFTER MOVES / PROTECT PUCK / FAST HANDS / FAST FEET / HIGH TEMPO
